We will list scholarships on this page as we receive them in our office. Other scholarships are offered through other areas and institutions. The Internet is a great place to start researching scholarships. Who knows your interests and abilities better than you! Another place to gather information is the college you are interested in. In most cases, you must apply to the college before applying for scholarships. Spend time researching the scholarships and do not rely on the local scholarships as your only alternative. There are plenty of scholarships, financial aid, and loans available if you commit the time to looking and applying for them. Consider Memberships: See if your union, religious organization, or community or fraternal organization offers scholarships to children of members. Consider Employers: Many large companies offer scholarships or tuition reimbursement programs for dependent children or employees. Check with your human resources department. Consider College: Colleges distribute a lot of scholarships. Find out what's available at the colleges your child may be exploring.
